When searching for products you can search by descriptions as well as part numbers, please not the descriptions may return large results and the part number is usually the best way to search, if you are not aware of the exact part number you will get results with partial part numbers, where there is a “/” or “-” in the part number it is recommend that you use this. Can I search for NSN or NIIN numbers?
Yes. We have add NSN/NIIN numbers to as many products as we can and if you are wanting to search for the NSN or NIIN please use this format 5180-01-550-2331 or 01-550-2331 using just 2331 will also return a result.
Can I search for Mil-Spec numbers?
Yes. We have add the Mil-Spec number to products where applicable. When searching for the Mil-Spec number, please use the following format M22520/1-01

Do you need my delivery address and full contact details to provide a quotation?

I did an online quote but I have not received my quotation?

When completing my new account details, there was an error and the items I had added to my quote were emptied from quote cart?
This happens if the information required is not completed fully, we are looking into this, but it is recommended that you create an account, prior to adding items to your quote list.
Can I use my own courier to pick up the goods and deliver them to me?
Yes. We are more than happy for you to use your nominated courier.
Do you have a surcharge for overseas purchases?

The only surcharges we have for purchases within Australia, is our credit card surcharge unless you transfer the funds to our bank account as provide.
